Flow Traders is looking for an experienced Digital Assets Compliance Officer to join our Regulatory Compliance team. In this role, you will focus on regulatory advisory, regulatory change management, and providing business-facing compliance support across our Digital Assets activitiesThe successful candidate has strong experience in regulatory analysis and business advisory within digital asset markets. This is a unique opportunity to join a leading proprietary trading firm where innovation, entrepreneurship, and technology are core to everything we do.What you will do Analyze existing and upcoming digital assets related regulations (EU and global), assess their impact on our business, and translate them into clear and pragmatic business requirementsAct as the primary Compliance contact for our digital assets trading teams, advising on digital assets-specific compliance mattersSupport and contribute to new digital assets product launches, market expansions, and business development initiativesEngage with regulators, exchanges, trading venues, and other market infrastructure providers active in the digital asset ecosystemRespond to regulatory inquiries and coordinate internal and external audits related to digital assets activitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and controls for digital asset tradingDeliver compliance training across the organization with a focus on digital asset markets and productsActively foster a strong compliance culture within a fast-growing and innovative digital assets environmentWhat you need to succeedA university degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related fieldAt least 5 years of relevant experience in compliance, regulatory advisory, or risk within financial markets, with a strong focus on digital assetsExtensive knowledge of the regulatory framework applicable to digital asset trading, including (but not limited to):MiCARDigital assets-specific related EU and global regulatory developmentsMiFID IIProven experience in designing and structuring regulatory frameworks in complex and evolving regulatory environmentsAbility to act as a trusted advisor to trading teams and to provide pragmatic guidance in ambiguous settings, working closely with Legal and other support / control functionsStrong understanding of financial markets, digital asset products, trading strategies, and proprietary trading environmentA personality that thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance, and agile cultureExcellent analytical skills and the ability to assess complex situations quickly under time pressureWhat we offerAt Flow Traders, we create the conditions for hard‑working, high‑performing people to do their best work.
